Enjoying the First Signs of Spring at Lincombe Manor
With the warmer Riviera climate arriving in Torquay, our residents at Lincombe Manor have been enjoying the glorious Devon sunshine while spending time together in the garden planting seeds and bulbs.
The activity sparked many fond memories, as residents shared stories of their own gardens over the years. Some even spent their careers as professional horticulturalists, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and fascinating stories to the afternoon. Their tips and enthusiasm made the planting session even more special for everyone involved.
Gardening is a wonderful way to connect with nature, encourage gentle activity, and create opportunities for conversation and friendship. Watching the plants grow over the coming weeks will be something our residents can all look forward to enjoying together.
Spring is a season of renewal, and here at beautiful Lincombe Manor it’s also a time when new friendships blossom, residents try new activities, and each day is filled with smiles, laughter, and shared moments in the fresh air, and of course we never get tired of that vew!
