Getting Crafty and a Little Bit Messy at Lincombe Manor Care Centre
We enjoyed a truly creative afternoon as our residents took on a fun and unusual challenge, turning simple posy vases into textured pieces of art using pistachio shells.
It was one of those delightfully messy moments where the glue guns were in constant use and paint seemed to end up everywhere. With sticky fingers, colourful splashes, and plenty of laughter, the room was full of energy and focus.
There is something so satisfying about taking natural materials and transforming them into something beautiful for the home. Even with the mess and a few glue strings along the way, the finished vases looked absolutely stunning, each one full of texture and character, ready to hold some lovely spring flowers.
A big well done to our residents for embracing the mess and reminding us all that sometimes the best creations come from a little bit of chaos.
