Kim Harding

General Manager

I have worked in the care sector for over 35 years in a variety of roles. I have been managing care homes for the past 25 years. My long career within the care sector has enabled me to develop professionally and obtain adult social care and management qualifications which has provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to support residents and staff teams.

I am honoured to hold the role as General Manager at Park Manor and to have the privilege to work in such a wonderful home with a dedicated team. My focus is to ensure that residents live well within a happy, safe, environment. I and all the team adopt a whole home approach to achieve successful outcomes for all and embed Manor Life’s philosophy that every resident should enjoy life to the full.

Emma Greenwood

Clinical Lead

I am Emma the Clinical Lead for Park Manor; I became a nurse because it is in my nature to want to help and care for people. But I also wanted to give back to my community and elevate standards of care.

I have a background in acute medicine and Dementia care and have worked in Nursing homes for 5 years and I truly love my job.

I am lucky to lead a team of such dedicated professionals at Park Manor and we all have the shared goal to provide exceptional person-centred care in this beautiful setting.

I am happy go lucky person, who always looks at life in a positive way and I am always here if you have a question or even if you just need a friendly ear.

Natalie Ukpabi

Hi, I’m Nat, I am the Activities Manager at Park Manor. My previous experience is in art and I studied at Bournemouth University. I previously worked as an Activity Team Leader within my previous home within the local area. I’m passionate about creating enriching experiences that promote mindfulness, well-being, and creativity. I design activities that foster connection and personal growth, aiming to cultivate a positive environment that enhances the lives of our residents.

Helen Way

I am a local person and was born in Poole. I have worked as a receptionist for over 20 years. I am excited to be working at Park Manor and gaining the post of receptionist this is a brand-new chapter for me and working and being part of the wonderful team here. I also have a British short hair cat called Audrey I adore her and she makes me smile.

Louise Macintyre

Senior Nurse

My name is Louise, I am the Senior Nurse at Park Manor. I have been in the care profession since 2005 and a qualified Nurse since 2009. My main background has been hospital-based care, but I decided to challenge myself and work in the private sector. I love my job, caring for others and gain a lot of job satisfaction in making my residents smile. I love animals, colouring and diamond art and cooking in my spare time.

Jenni Pearson

Lead Administrator

My name is Jenni, and I am the Lead Administrator at Park Manor. Over the past three years I have gained valuable experience working as an Administrative Assistant at a luxury care home, as well as with Dorset Council in a team dedicated to facilitating patient transitions from hospitals. Initially, I had reservations about entering a care sector, but I quickly discovered my passion for it and loved being part of a team that is there to care.

Joining Park Manor has been an exciting time, and I am eager to witness the beginnings of our journey and to help create a wonderful home for our residents. I believe a care home should embody the warmth of a family atmosphere, where both the team and residents feel like one big family. I eagerly anticipate welcoming all our new resident.

Martyn Christopher

Maintenance Manager

My name is Martyn, I am the Maintenance Manager at Park Manor. I have many years of maintenance experience, ranging from being a site manager of a junior school in the local area for many years prior to moving to the hospitality industry and joining a maintenance team of a luxury 5-star hotel in Hampshire.

Park Manor is a lovely building, and I am committed to ensuring that the residents’ beautiful home is maintained.

Teresa Emberson

Head Housekeeper

My name is Teresa, Head Housekeeper at Park Manor. I have worked in the hospitality sector for 25 years, and I have to say cleaning is my passion.

I enjoy making things looking sparkling clean. Having the opportunity to hold the role of Head Housekeeper at Park Manor has given me an exciting opportunity to teach and guide my team so they can build on the skills I have acquired over the years of working in care homes, and holiday environments.

It is important to me that residents living in Park Manor have a high standard of domestic services to ensure that their day-to-day needs are met.
